Most Popular Drink in China? Hot Water!

Zǎoshanghǎo (Good Morning)!!! I have discovered another secret that assists in Chinese people having those petite bodies. You will be surprised when I reveal the “Rosetta Stone” of this celebrated culture! It’s not Yoga, Pilates, Jogging, Hiking, Meditating or Walking. Give up yet? Ok, I’ll tell you. Several times a day, several Billion Chinese people drink…..Hot Water! Yes, that’s the pearl in the oyster people. Water fountains in the “West” is to hot water in the East, and they are literally everywhere!

At first I didn’t understand. There is no added sugar, flavor or fancy mixture; just the water. The more I adopted this practice the more my clothes seemed to grow in size, but that was wrong. My clothes hadn’t changed, my waistline did! Here is what I learned about drinking Hot Water and why you might want to give it a try:

Water Your Waist: Not to sound like a commercial for losing weight, but you will notice a decrease in your midsection. By simply boiling water, putting it in a thermos, and making sure you can drink it without burning your tongue, you’ve succeeded! The water
must be hot, but don’t harm yourself. The key is for the water to be “hot” to
see the effects. Try it and email me. Conform To Culture: Everybody drinks hot water here! So, you will totally be “in” with the locals. Whoever thought that drinking hot water made you Awesome with Asians?

Excited Everyday: Personally, I have had even more ‘pep in my step’ by keeping the hot water close. I feel more malert and not tired at all after teaching or consulting with staff by the end of the workday. It is not the custom of “Westerners/Americans” to drink hot water, but times are indeed changing. Isn’t this a great and very inexpensive way to keep that tummy tight for the rest of your life? I don’t know about you, but I love how I feel. I look forward to hearing your updates!

…huíjiàn!
